The Ventures performed at the Morongo Casino on May 25th 2007

As a dealer for Don's Wilson Bros. Guitars I was invited to the show as their guest and it was great to see them performing with the guitars.

I got there early for the sound check because they were borrowing a guitar of mine since Bob Bogle had their Chet Atkins guitar with him in Portland.

The line up for this show was founding member Don Wilson on guitar, Leon Taylor on drums and Bob Spalding and Jerry McGee who shared lead guitar and bass duties.

The enore for the show was Caravan with Leon Taylor playing part of his drum solo on Bob Spalding's Bass
