The Fatback 5 is a great bass flaunting a 35" scale length for that big, fat clear tone of the low "B" string. The extra tension on the low "B" sting is critical in producing that low note.
This bass has a Canadian Maple neck and our Diamond wood fingerboard and jumbo fret wire. The pickups are 1 AD5B humbucker and one AD5J Jazz pickup offering a wide tonal range with plenty of punch.
Two volume controls allow for your mix of the pickups and the master tone give you the brilliance to cut. Open gear machines are used for thier accuracy and classic look. A graphite nut eliminates any binding at that point and facilitates easy tuning. Chrome hardware has been chosen for its durability. . Truly an amazing instrument for the money.
